Deep intense ruby colour.
Aromas of vanilla, ripe fruits and sweet spices. A frank first impression.
Very concentrated mouth with dominating spices.
An exceptional wine with a wonderful balance between a fine matter and a nice acidity.
Hand harvest of old vines in crates at the beginning of October. Sulfited at the reception, yeast inoculation while filling the tank and management of extractions through daily cap submersion. Winemaking in new french oak barrels. Ageing in barrels 18 months.
